Founded in 2017 in Ansonia, Connecticut, Ariana & Evans is the passion project of fragrance auteur Peter Charkalis, its name blending his own and his daughters’ middle names. Scent Description
Barbiere Classico is a traditional barbershop fragrance rooted in the classic fougère style. Tonka bean (coumarin), lavender, oakmoss, and musk form the backbone of the scent, while orange blossom, rosemary, geranium, and iris add a rich, aromatic blend of florals and herbs. The result is a fragrance that’s sweet, fresh, and exceptionally clean, elevated by a subtle hint of talc. This is a modern take on a timeless genre—the barbershop scent, a true cornerstone of wet shaving and men’s grooming.

The base is mediocre. Although they claim that there are skin food properties in the soap and a/s, I found it to be of little benefit. The post shave feel was dry. The scent is a bit off-putting.
There are too many other companies out there with far better products.
