Scent Description
B&M's Seville is an iconic fragrance which is considered by many in the wet shaving community to be one of the standard bearers of the Barbershop scent. Exactly what makes a scent a "Barbershop" is an open question, but most are Fougères characterized by notes of Lavender, Bergamot, Oakmoss, and very often Talc or Powder. Typically, a Barbershop will have a fresh, aromatic bouquet with spicy notes and soapy underpinnings. The risk with many is that they lean too far into the soapy realm and become reminiscent of detergent. Completely not so with Seville, which is a complex Fougère with spicy, zesty, and woody notes which lean towards sweet but remain fresh and invigorating. A must have for serious wet shavers. Perfect for daytime, home, or the office.

B&M's Omnibus is the epitome of the "yogurty" base. It is tallow-based and whips up quicklly into a luscious, luxurious, creamy, yogurt which is dense and easy to spread with stability and slickness which are more than adequate. Becuase it's so creamy, its cushion is lower than soaps which prioritize volume over density. B&M prides itself on using high quality, natural, ingredients with beneficial skin properties such as coconut milk, goat milk, shea butter, avocado oil, kokum butter, castor oil and capuacu butter. For lovers of the yogurty shave soap, B&M sets the benchmark to beat.
