Gentleman's Nod
Gentleman's Nod was created by Chris Christiansen in 2019. Chris is a self-taught perfumer and soap maker, who first fell in love with Wet Shaving in 2012, and after a few years in shaving industry sales decided to go it alone. After starting with a soap lab in his basement, today Gentleman's Nod operates a commercial facility in Omaha, Nebraska where all of its products are produced. Gentleman's Nod has a reputation for premium grooming products with unique fragrances and high quality ingredients, which include shave soaps, splashes, beard oil & balm, and EDPs.
Scent Description
Courant Eternel is in keeping with other popular scents from Gentleman's Nod, particularly Juniper Reverie, in that it opens with sweet and sunny notes which are a symphony of natural freshness. The bouquet leans heavily into some of the newer fruits popular in the last two decades, specifically Black Currant and Rasberry, but adds a twist with Rhubarb, Tomato Leaf, and the subtlest hint of Dill and Black Pepper. Jasmine amplifies the sweetness and adds a floral richness, further intensified by Amber and Incense. The effect is an ethereal and fruity melange which is gentle and dreamy, perfect for a Spring or Summer day, and suitable for almost any occasion.
