Stirling was started by Roderick and Amanda Lovan in 2012 after a trip to Scotland during which they fell in love with products with natural ingredients and decided to try their hand at making natural soaps. After much trial and error they developed their own formula of natural ingredients and today have grown well beyond soaps into a full-line of shaving and grooming products for men and women which include bath bars, body lotions, balms, accessories and even coffee. Scent Description
There are few modern fragrances for men which are as versatile and easy to wear as Sandpiper. Although it's inspired by YSL's La Nuit, Stirling's take is subtly different and, in some ways improved. The Stirling shave soap base hasn't changed its formula since it was first introduced and produces the quintessential example of a lather which ShaveSplash characterizes as Creamy. The formula follows the dictum of keeping it simple and is tallow-based with only 12-14 ingredients which are mainly all-natural. The result is a lather which is moist and smooth, with strong stability, good cushion, high density, and exceptional slickness, and due to the high-quality ingredients with beneficial skin properties has an excellent post-shave feel.
